Do you assist with our insurance claim or mortgage company?
We don't. Your policy, your claim, your business. We provide rock bottom roofing prices with stellar installations and service. We wanna do work, not spend hours on the phone arguing with an insurance company. We can guide you a bit if needed but it's usually pretty straight forward, you need Just A Roof, nothing more, nothing less.
How does the process work?
All we need is an address. We use satellite imagery to sketch your roof, and we sketch it for every measurement needed to produce an extremely accurate quote. We email the quote over, you sign, we do work. Of course you can call us as well to ask any questions you may have etc, we're here to help simplify the process. We've been in roofing for 20 years and know how to deliver.
Why is your quote cheaper than the other company's?
We buy better and keep our guys busy year round! What that means is we have a wholesale agreement to purchase materials at a much lower price than our competitors. Add in some pre-negotiated labor rates with our top performing crews and this works, this works for the consumer - YOU! This is a Bolt On Business to an existing successful company to fill a need in the market. Think of it like Whole Foods and Sam's Club or Chevy and a GMC. Honesty is the best policy here.
How do we handle the insurance claim?
Roof complete + paid in full = we send you the invoice for you to claim any recoverable depreciation owed/applicable. Questions? Just holler.
